As Founder and Managing Director of The Classification Guru, Susan has helped more than 100 organisations worldwide turn messy, inconsistent and unreliable data into information they can actually trust and use.

She is the creator of the COAT framework for data quality and Samification™, a supplier normalisation platform, and the author of two books, Between the Spreadsheets and Optimizing Sales and Marketing Data, which explores the impact of poor-quality data on sales and marketing performance. Susan is also a LinkedIn Learning instructor, TEDx speaker and regular international conference speaker.
