By registering for and attending SHARP Festival, you agree to comply with the admission policy outlined below.
Registration Fees
SHARP Festival offers a range of registration options for professionals across marketing, communications, public relations, branding, digital marketing, social media, content, creative, advertising, customer experience, and related business functions.
Ticket types and pricing vary according to attendee category and registration period. Early registration is recommended to secure the best available rates. All registrations are subject to approval by the Organisers.
Your registration includes access to conference sessions, networking experiences, the exhibition area, and festival features included within your selected pass type. Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Badge Usage
Event badges are personal and non-transferable. Attendees must not share, lend, or transfer their badge to another individual. Any misuse of event credentials may result in removal from the festival without refund.
Admission Eligibility
SHARP Festival is designed for professionals working in marketing, communications, public relations, branding, advertising, content, social media, digital marketing, creative industries, customer experience, media, and related sectors.
The Organisers reserve the right to review registrations and, where appropriate, determine attendee eligibility.
Age Restrictions
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
Animals
Animals are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
Event Conduct
SHARP Festival is built on collaboration, respect, and professional engagement. All attendees are expected to behave professionally throughout the event.
The following activities are prohibited without prior written approval from the Organisers:
- Unauthorised solicitation, sales activity, or canvassing
- Distribution of promotional or marketing materials outside approved areas
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
- Harassment or discrimination towards attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, staff, or venue personnel
- Activities that interfere with the safe operation of the festival
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in removal from the event without refund.
Data & Badge Scanning
Attendees who choose to allow exhibitors, sponsors, or event partners to scan their event badge consent to their contact details being shared with that organisation for follow-up communications.
Any subsequent communications will be governed by the privacy policy of the receiving organisation.
Dress Code
Business, business casual, creative professional, or smart casual attire is recommended throughout the festival.
Exhibitors, Sponsors & Speakers
Approved exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, partners, and content creators will receive the appropriate event credentials as part of their participation agreement.
Access permissions will vary according to participation type.
Event Opening Hours
SHARP Festival takes place over 5 days in London.
Detailed opening times for delegates, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, partners, and media representatives will be published closer to the festival. Registered attendees will receive all arrival information and access instructions before the event.
Photography & Filming
Official photographers and videographers will be present throughout SHARP Festival.
By attending the festival, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media captured during the event may be used by the Organisers for editorial, promotional, marketing, commercial, and future event purposes across digital, print, social media, and other communication channels.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in official photography or filming should notify the Organisers in advance or speak with a member of the event team onsite.
Professional, commercial, or media photography and filming are not permitted without prior written consent from the Organisers. This includes recording conference sessions, workshops, keynote presentations, panel discussions, networking experiences, and exhibition areas for commercial purposes.
The Organisers reserve the right to request the cessation of any unauthorised photography, filming, or recording.
Admission Rights
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, cancel registrations, or remove attendees whose participation is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or contrary to the interests of SHARP Festival.
All attendees must wear a valid event badge to gain access to festival venues and activities.
